Two Senior Project Scheduler seats are open on a large data center build in Atlanta. Our client is a project controls and program management firm that staffs these programs with people who can hold a schedule together under real delivery pressure.

The job is on site, full time. You are the person who knows whether the critical path is actually where the last report said it was — and who says so early enough to matter.

The package includes subsistence up to $3,000 per month and relocation reimbursement up to $10,000 on top of base, which makes this workable for candidates who are not already in the Atlanta market.

The Role

What you will own

  • Develop, maintain, and analyze the Primavera P6 schedule for a large-scale data center build
  • Construct WBS, activity coding, calendars, and logic ties that hold up to scrutiny
  • Coordinate weekly updates across project management, superintendents, trade partners, and commissioning
  • Verify progress, percent complete, and remaining durations with field leadership rather than accepting them
  • Publish weekly and monthly reporting that names the risks and recommends the action
  • Model scenarios and run risk reviews when constraints or delays hit
  • Protect baseline integrity, track variance, and flag early-warning indicators
  • Work with procurement on long-lead equipment and delivery sequencing
  • Tie construction activities into commissioning sequences for critical power and mechanical systems

Requirements

What we need to see

  • 5+ years of scheduling experience on large capital projects
  • Expert-level Primavera P6
  • Data center, heavy electrical, or heavy mechanical construction background
  • Comfort working shoulder to shoulder with field teams to validate logic and durations
  • Working knowledge of commissioning workflows, critical path flow, and equipment startup
  • Communication that converts schedule complexity into a clear call
  • Bachelor’s in engineering, construction, or related field preferred

Package

Benefits

  • Subsistence up to $3,000 per month
  • Relocation reimbursement up to $10,000
  • Performance bonuses
  • Health, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k), PTO, and paid holidays
