Brian spent nearly five years at Aegis Project Controls building high-performing teams before launching Longest Path Group to do what he does best on his own terms. With a network of over 25,000 professionals, Brian brings a rare combination of industry depth, relationship capital, and relentless commitment to getting the right person in the right seat.

With more than ten years of recruiting experience within the construction industry, including nearly five years at one of the most respected project controls firms in the nation, Brian brings a level of expertise and market knowledge that is genuinely difficult to find.

Brian started Longest Path Group because he saw a gap in how project controls talent was being recruited. Most staffing firms treat project controls as a subset of general construction — one discipline among dozens. Brian built Longest Path Group around the opposite premise: that project controls is its own world, with its own talent pool, its own culture, and its own standards. Going deep in one space rather than spreading across all of construction is what allows us to find the right person faster, vet them more thoroughly, and stand behind every placement we make.
